Millian is a mysterious woman Alk and Ilke meets. She knows some things about King Veha. Millian is a part of the araknoq tribe, which would probably be the thief class if Phenomena was a game. Good at climbing, quick, and snarky, Millian is not someone to underestimate. There's many scars hidden behind her cocky smiles. She loves singing and talking about things the others doesn't really understand. She has a stripe of white hair.
